Avita Hear

Privacy Policy

Last updated:

This policy explains what information the Avita Hear website collects, why, and how it is protected. It applies to avitahear.com and the services offered through it.

Information we collect

When you send a contact message or an appointment request, we store the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number (if given), preferred date and time, and the content of your message. This is used only to respond to you and arrange your visit.

If you use the AI Hearing Assistant, we store a minimal, non-identifying record that a conversation took place, its language, and whether it involved urgent-symptom guidance. We do not store your conversation text alongside personal identifiers.

How information is used

We use your details exclusively to reply to your message, confirm appointment requests, and provide the services you asked for. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.

Security and retention

Submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in an access-controlled database. We keep contact and appointment records only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, after which they are removed.

Your rights

You may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@avitahear.com and we will respond promptly.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new date.
